Well, this is it. I'm tired of avoiding the fateful 1,000th post. I was trying to think of something profound to say, but can't come up with anything. Profundity doesn't happen on command.

Thanks to everybody else who suggested something. I really appreciate it. I was disappointed, however, at the lack of response. I guess that shows how you all really feel about me. Even a post saying that you didn't have any ideas, but wished me well would have been great. Oh well.

I'm glad it's over with, actually. Now I can post under my regular name again. Nothing to see here. Move along. The show's over.
