Assistance with a story

Reaching out to see if I could get some help with a story. I'm looking for a seasoned writer/editor. Someone that can quickly determine what they can do with it. And I don't want to waste anyone's time as I know everyone is busy! So this would be if you are really looking for something to do I would love to provide it and explain it to you for thoughts and any assistance you can give me to rewrite it edit it to get it published.
