I want to repeat that ass hooks are not used for suspension. You could be gravely injured.
In fact, part of their appeal in my opinion is the threat of that injury without the fact of it. They're largely designed to keep you still.

hmmmm, an ass hook that rides tight in the crack of your ass with a small loop at top would be nice. it has to be tight so that you could wear it under your pants/skirt while you are out to dinner etc. maybe even a little hole in the skirt so the loop could be accessed while you are still dressed. it one ball is not enough add two.

Nope definitely not for suspension... but I think, with the right rigging etc, you could make it appears as though you were suspended from your ass... which would look remarkably hot
