RULES
1) Honest, objective, constructive critique
2) This is less about 'Story' than it is about content. To explain: 3 chapters cannot tell you 'the story'. It should tell you about writing style, word/phrase repetition, repeated grammatical/punctuation errors, sentence structure, Point Of View. You are not being asked to critique the story but to help the Author with presentation, style and structure.
3) Highlight in bold CATEGORY, TITLE
4) Don't offer critique if you are particularly uncomfortable with category unless you can be objective
