I disagree with what the site suggests you eat. The first time I got my tongue pierced I ate the soft foods they recomended and it sucked! It just spread around my mouth and was hard to get down. The second time I got it done, I ate small bites of firm food, such as meat, and I steared clear of anything that crumbled in my mouth, like crackers. Trying to move the food around my mouth hurt like hell so I ate things that wouldn't require much tongue action to get down mt throat.... But that was just me!
