Since my first thread has been hiding for quite a while, I figured it was time to begin a new one just in case.

Unlike other game type threads where you are asked a question or shown a puzzle, this thread falls more in the vein of minor advice and ideas.

For the sake of Liability: I am not Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz or Dr. Seuss. I am a person who knows a little bout some things.
This is not a stump the dragon thread, but a thread to ask me advice and such.

Why do you think so few of our 'friends' on Lit post in our home thread?

Q: Azul, when are yu going to write more stories?

A: Honestly, I don't know. To be honest, I have not even touched my word processing program in a great while. Presently, I am working close to 70 hours a week at two jobs while trying to be a good dad and hubby. So I have had to stop writing for a little while.

Honestly, it can be a number of things.

I don't think it's a personal attack against you or Razzy. I think it's more involved with the real life stuff going on away from Lit that prevents us from being on as much as we use to. I'd love to give details, but I don't have any honestly.

The fact is I like you and I loves Razzy in a platonic sense because of obvious reasons. If I could be there more, I would.

I had to think about that for a few days.

It would have to be the first Christmas I could remember when I unwrapped a Knight Rider Big Wheel. For some reason, it makes me smile every time I think about it.

This is a massively good question. To understand, you must understand the different levels of friendship.

Real friends want to know you and want to be there for you.
Fair weather friends are only there for when all is well and disappear when things go bad.
User friends only want you for a purpose and don't want anything else to do with you.


Looks like the incidents identified what kind of people these were. If they would be more upfront and honest, it wouldn't do much good honestly.

I guess I'm just not meant to have real friends then, because once people do know the real me I seem to scare them away or in some other manner drive them to no longer want to associate with me.
