No, I'm just a step slower these days.

I was in China last year and took loads of pics, including the Great wall, the Terra Cotta warriors and The Three Gorges Project too (The great dam on the Yangtze at Guilin!)
I lost all my picxs due to the ineptitude of a computer engineer but, was rescued by a friend who kindly sent me a disc with all HER pics so I would have some images to help remind me of our fabulous time in China!
We went to Beizjing, Xian, Guilin, Shanghai and lots of other places too!
I loved China, the people were friendly (even to a "long nose" LOL) and the sights, and history were spectacular right from the "hutons" (sp?) to the spectacular Royal palaces we were privileged to have visited!
I will in due course show you pictures of the Great Wall, the Terra Cotta Warriors, The Forbidden City and Tianenmen Square and some of the other sights of Chine that we were allowed to see!
for now though, until time relents and allows me to have some of itsself to spare, I would like to show you all the lovely children we met at the "Childrens Palace" in Shanghai!
Also a pic of a "Cormorant Fisherman" on the banks of the Li River although I suspect he didn't fish anymore but, rather made his money selling pics or himself with his birds! (very enterprising too!) He was great and very frindly too!

MercyMia said:Hi big salami,
Thanks for posting the pictures. What a bummer to have lost all your own pictures. I guess you'll just have to return to China to take new ones.
The kids are so cute in the picture.
