She stood there before the fire... Audra... Canaan... Andrina... and others... she could not tell who but they were there. Audra started to reach for her as she moved closer to the flames but Andrina stopped Audra shaking her head no.

This has to be done... you know that old friend... Let the flames reveal who has told her the truth.

Audra looked across the flames to the one hidden in the shadows. her face revealed nothing to those around her but her soul spoke volumes to him. Her fears of rejection by the one they should be so close to and should have been close to for all these many many long years. They had committed no crime and this strong independent young woman was proof of that and her own fight for what her heart wants and what she knows is right. Perhaps times should have changed long ago when they were young... was it too late were they set too deep in their ways or could they learn from Karena and Canaan?
