The right to habeas corpus is in the Constitution. If Trump isn’t holding trials he should be immediately impeached and removed from office.Trumps not holding any trials! While I will cede that in reality the government gives you rights which should really be called privileges. There is an agreement that was made in our name that gives us the privileges and they can be revoked or altered in any number of ways.
I'm perfectly okay with the romanticized "Natural Law" or "God Given" for those who are mentally deficient and divinely inclined.
