As the DOGE turns.

He was not elected to destroy the civil-service system, or anything else in Project 2025,

Yes he was and there are quite a few things in there he was elected on too as they were already part of the mainstream MAGA like being pro civil rights and destroying all the Democrats infringements upon them.

which he expressly disavowed while campaigning.

'I don't know....I don't know what's in there.' is about as far from "expressly disavowed" as you can get without explicitly endorsing 2025.

  I'm sure destroying the civil service was never a "mainstream MAGA" agenda.

LOL what a fuckin' loser.
Yes. I said It of you so sure, of course, you’re right to say that is also exactly what I’ve been doing.

That's why I'm going to put 80lbs of gear on and get that 12 mi hump though the woods in the dark and snow. (y)

Rumor on the street is that judicial impeachment is going to be the republican congress weapon of choice re. judges who cross over the 'separation of powers' line. And while they may not be convicted they will most certainly be off the bench and spending a shit pot of money to defend themselves.

*chuckle* Chickens coming home to roost as it were.

They will likely have to do some major scrambling just to make it all go away.

Looks like a lesson in Power Politix.
