As the DOGE turns.

You goddamn dumbfucks.

Who’s in charge of DOGE? Not Elon Musk, White House says

A Trump administration personnel official says Musk has “no actual or formal authority to make government decisions.”

Elon Musk is not the leader of DOGE — the mysterious Trump administration operation overseeing an effort to break and remake the federal bureaucracy. In fact, he’s not even technically part of it at all, the White House said in court papers Monday night.

In a three-page declaration, a top White House personnel official revealed that Musk’s title is “senior adviser to the president,” a role in which he has “no actual or formal authority to make government decisions himself

The sworn statement instead deepens the questions surrounding DOGE. Fisher confirmed that Musk is not the official administrator of the office, which was established by Trump as an office in the Executive Office of the President. But Fisher did not indicate who the administrator actually is.

If the next budget showdown leads to a government shutdown, will there be enough of the government left that we notice it?

Brutal takedown of Elmo by a former close friend, Dr. Philip Low.

“He only wants to control, dominate and use you — don’t let him and cut him and his businesses out of your and your loved ones’ lives entirely,” Low wrote. “Remember he is a total miserable self-loathing poser, and unless you happen to be one too, he will be much more afraid of you than you should ever be of him.

There's a lot more. A whole lot more.

Judge refuses to block DOGE’s access to student borrower data

by Zach Schonfeld - 02/17/25 11:12 PM ET

A federal judge Monday evening declined to block Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from gaining access to Education Department data on student borrowers.

U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss ruled that the University of California Student Association (UCSA), which brought the lawsuit, had not shown sufficient irreparable harm to receive such immediate relief.

“Because the Court concludes that UCSA has failed to clear that essential hurdle, the Court’s analysis also ends there,” wrote Moss, who was appointed by former President Obama.

“The Court leaves for another day consideration of whether UCSA’s has standing to sue and has stated a claim upon which relief may be granted. Those questions are less clear cut and are better answered on a more complete record,” Moss continued.

Another lesson in constitutional law.

In the 9th circuit???? Damn. :D

The good news keeps rolling in. This afternoon, Biden appointee Judge Chutkan gave DOGE the green light to keep moving full speed ahead with its laudable work. 🇺🇸

Judge Chutkan rejects call from Democratic AGs for temporary restraining order blocking DOGE’s access to federal data

It's becoming apparent to those judges that they've overstepped their authority and they don't want the SCOTUS coming down with a scathing reversal.

The good news about you being exposed? Yes. :)

BabyBoomer50s being racist:

[Elizabeth Holms riots] Geez, the case hasn’t even gone to the jury and the rioters in CA are already looting the high end fashion stores. If the verdict goes the wrong way the streets of Walnut Creek, San Francisco, and LA could be filled with blondes in black turtlenecks. Not even going to guess how this would all go down if she were black.

Now some dems are threatening to shut down the government to protect the waste, fraud, and abuse. What could possibly go wrong there?

Wrong, they are threatening to shut down the government to PROTEST the ABUSE of power by Trump, and by an unelected oligarch who is a foreign national.

What Trump and Musk are doing is NOT doing away with fraud and waste. It is decimating the government's ability to function in a regulatory capacity as a government should- and ironically ENABLING abuse both by the wealthy and by big corporations. Along with, destroying thousands of lives.

Lets at least be clear on that.

The fuck has been clustered.

Basically it is proving the current courts believe the Constitution no longer applies to the law, and the law is no longer beholden to the Constitution, and there is NOTHING protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens from the abuses and corruption of big government.
