Alright, the "scum bags" as you call the terrorists have to be out of the picture. How will you ever, realistically, do that? Bin Laden's terror network is obviously a terror organisation. In other cases it is more difficult. If you want to shut terrorism down you have to do it as a whole and not in installments - down to the very last cell and gathering. But how do you know in less obvious cases who is a terrorist and who is a freedom fighter?
(i.e. would you call Arafat's Fatah fighters terrorists or freedom fighters. Are they terrorists against Israel or do they fight for their right of an own country and place to live?)
