It's a reluctance piece, and I think you could do an excellent scene to go with it.

That is for one of the anthologies, if Dar likes it. :D Let me know which one and if you already have some ideas in mind for the imagery. Also, keep in mind that I did Dar's on a limited schedule. She asked for that a week or so ago and though it's a fairly simple piece it did take me this long to get it done.

I've got a copy of "The Joy of Sex" from the late 70s or early 80s. It's one of my favorite two-book sets because the illustrations in it, which are numerous, are done in this same style and period which is inclusive of the full beards and mustaches on the men. I'm sure that Patty's work would also include the full patch of pubic hair on the woman were this illustration to include that. Its a fun look and style and few artists are using it anymore.

I love the artwork that was done for those books. I was about 12 when i got my hands on my parent's copy of the 1st volume.... OOOOO the tittilation of the forbidden....

I pretty much draw what I see. (or try to anyway) If my subject is fuzzy, I will draw her that way. As for the man, well, bearded faces are much easier to draw. *eg*

this one's probably not a joy of sex type offering though....

That's some great work you've done there. I was just poking through the editions of JoS that I have in my humble library and to my surprise they're original editions, and the quality of the artwork, yours compared to there's, is almost uncanny.

Horror is probably correct, though not the traditional kind. As I understand it, its for a poem about love with an abusive person. I get the feeling that him protecting his balls probably would have been sound advice. :eek:
