a background music.
maybe... like right now i see it as a river flowing from left to rightHalo_n_horns said:Your persistence is appreciated.
I got out of your writ pretty much what you described to Tulip, but I found myself unsure as to how to comment on it. To me what you were doing was obvious, but it seemed to be lacking something. Perhaps if the words were to be encased into a shape or multiple shapes, or even structures, then the words would have something greater to stand on, so to speak.
Know I'm trying to say?

Black Tulip said:I think you are referring to the way some dadaïst poets wrote their work.
The one I could find quickly is a Belgian poet, Paul van Ostaijen, who used typographic elements.
I even nicked one of his books from the library when I was still in highschool. LOL
It's impossible to translate, but you'll get the drift.
Try to find "Bezette stad". (Occupied city) Or "Music Hall". They both give you a good impression on what he did.

I posted a story for Illustrated, see the link in my sig to the Halloween story.
Since our discussion about what is considered art or not, I was feeling a bit hesitant, but I would really like to know what proper artists think of my attempt.
Votes and comments are welcome too, of course. But I'm posting here to get feedback on the pictures.

I noticed someone had posted a common fetish item, womens high heeled shoes. While I am not into shoes, I do have a thing for feet. This piece is a hand drawn geometric pattern on a scan of my friend's feet. It was originally an orangish color from the scan, but seredipitously turned blue when converted to negative.

Shale,
I like what you showed us.
The feet made me laugh, in a good way. I found it a very happy picture.

Not to be used in polite conversation. LOL
