It would be quite a long story, or series of stories and seems like it would be difficult to come up with accurate, realistic, and involving descriptions of so many foreign women/men, and locations.

Well I contributed a title.

Honestly for several of the nations you would't have to know too much about the culture for a few reasons. 1 few people care, 2 few people know enough to cess out the bullshit.

Besides you could make several stops in the US, it is a rather large country, then hit up Japan. Then for any country that you had no clue about just have him sleep with a tourist.

The story would benefit however if someone really did have an solid knowledge of the major countries visited.

Someone writing as "Paris Waterman" wrote a book called " P. Fogg: A MEMOIR" which is a detailed 'inside' story of "the bits they wouldn't print" in Verne's book. It runs to about a megabyte of html, but it's on the net for free somewhere - I'm sure Google could find it if you want to read it.
