Aromantic MC

So there’s a manga called “Last Gender” where it’s set in a bar/sex club where everyone is welcome and while there is an ongoing plot about the bartender most of the chapters are an anthology where different patrons get featured and each one of them has a different background, gender, or sexuality. Usually with the next chapter focusing on a character that was a side character in the previous one.

One chapter focuses on an aromantic character who in the prior chapter is looked down on by some of the other patrons as a parts or even a slur but her focus chapter let’s her talk about the joy she takes in her identity in a pretty nice little scene

So it got me thinking it would be interesting to have an Aromantic MC. And to clarify, I know a lot of stories on the site don’t have romance as an element but I think it would be interesting to read about stories where the MC is aromantic.

As for ideas, don’t have too much but I was thinking of one where it follows MC and how she struggles with other people (like she has sex with someone and even though she’s upfront about her being aromantic her partner will try to turn their relationship romantic/people think her only interest is sex and she’s up for anything) and how she eventually finds a place that gets and accepts her.
