I am positively, absoutely, without a doubt, for sure, perhaps, maybe, kinda think that redundancy is a bit over done. You see?:D

I am a card carrying member of the Deparment of Redundancy Department. Said card has a cherished place in my wallet next to the card I use to get money from my ATM machine.

One common redundancy that makes me cringe is the phrase "grand slam home run." As opposed to what, a grand slam double?

Redundancy is terrible, and bad too.

The worst offense to me is the phrase "HIV virus." Spell it out, then it's the human immunodeficiency virus virus. Kind of like "ATM machine."

Or how about chai tea? "Chai" means tea, so technically we're saying tea tea.

*snicker* I get the distinct impression that modesto and I could entertain ourselves for hours.
