As I stated before....as far as I'm concerned, height isn't a problem. But...I can't speak for other women, and as it has been mentioned here....some men seem to find that it does matter. I really think we are at a stalemate here.

I'm happy with my height... 5'8". The only thing that sucks is that I'm just tall enough that I need the longer length in pants... and for some reason the shops I go to don't stock a lot of "longs" in my size.

I don't have any hang-ups about dating short guys. It's not a big deal to me.

I'm 5'6", and my arms are long enough so that I can usually reach what I want in shops. Of course I'm not beneath pretending I can't reach something, depending on who's there to get it for me.

I am. I'm 4'11". I'm short and compact. I love it. I don't know if it is just me. But I have always noticed people are very considerate of short people. Especially tall guys . Short people have a good sense of humor mostly. We have to. There are many short people jokes and comments. If you can't learn to laugh with them or at yourself on occasion you will end up a very miserable person.


If there was a chance I could make myself taller I would defeniatly have to pass it up. I love how I am.

I know what you mean and agree with most of what you said. But I'm a 5'3" tall guy. I was only good at wrestling. Would have loved to play football competivly in school. and ya, I think it has some to do with my sense of humor but most people in my famiely are nuts so it's mostly genitic. But, if given the chance, I would make my self a little bit taller....... say 5'6" or 5'8".

I'm a petite 5' size 8-10 and am very happy the way I am. The only thing I would change is to encourage stores to stock more petite fittings.
