Speaking of, being that you may know, do they eat cats in Algeria, like they do in Morocco and other parts of N. Africa?

Starfish,as a general rule cats are not considered food in Algeria,at least by the arab and french population....

But the Berber population is a different story....

You know....you can see the most direct desendant of our housekittys in some parts of Algeria...The African Wildcat...

It looks like a slightly large orange tabby.

and just as entertaining as watching our domesticated ones.
