I'm in the mist of creating a website for one of my series; I plan to expand this series into a universe of written stories, comics, etc by the end of the year. In fact, each quarter is already set up of what will be published next. Upon creating this website, I'd like to inform my readers where else they can go to read the stories, the comics, audios, animations, and even video games.

Obviously the stories and comics can easily be hosted here as well as with the audios; however, the universe is Batya and Abby, and the first story I wrote was banned due to religious themes so I decided to re-publish the story on its own site, plus add other content to the site as well. Most of the stories in this universe center around the characters and their conflict with religion and/or racial relations between various characters, and I can't go all out on Literotica because the stories will/have be/been banned.

As a result of creating this website and building this NSFW universe of Batya and Abby, I'd like to continue to write safer stories and publish them here and point readers to more content from the universe. So I'm wondering upon uploading stories to Literotica, can I say something in the intro like to read and see more Batya and Abby visit blah, blah, blah.com?

You cannot do this. Within story text (that includes any intro and an afterword, not just the actual story text, you can use only links that point within Literotica. For instance, in many of my stories, in the intro I’ll provide links to prequel stories, if necessary. In an afterword, I’ll provide links to other stories similar to the one they just read as well as to my profile.

And, that’s your out. Your profile can link to sites off Literotica. That’s the one place you can have such links. Some folks here point to Patreon, but a number point to personal websites, their Amazon author page, etc.

So in an afterword to each story, you could mention something like “visit my profile <link to your Lit profile> for more information and content about Batya and Abby.”

Oh my goodness, this website is so fierce! Wow. But alright
Not really. They just don't want links originating from Literotica based stories to go to: a) competitor web sites; b) rat bag websites; or c) broken links that, over time, go nowhere at all. It's the site's way of controlling spiders.

As the others have said, it's limited here on Literotica to try STOPPING you from doing exactly what you're trying to do: leverage Literotica's readers for your own purpose by stealing their audience.

Literotica has recently provided the ability for you to link to your Patreon for you to gain some financial feedback. But you seem to be planning your own "LitE by ME" website so people no longer need them to find your stories. And that's just wrong.

Support the site which gave you their audience.

Not my fault this site likes to ban stories, maybe if they let up on the rules, all will be well. In fact, that's only reason why I'm doing this. It's because my stories get banned and I haven't the slightest desire to tip toe around topics such as religion and racial relations, especially since so many black people and maybe other POC's deal with such interactions and relationships daily. That's what's wrong. Give us more freedom to write our stories.

Their site, their rules, navigating the laws of multiple countries.

Stop trying to steal the resources of the people who have slowly built their business over two decades by appeasing those nations and laws!

Place all of the desired links that you want into your profile. Then, post a link to your profile in an author note at the beginning of your story with instructions for readers to check out the website(s) there. That should work until someone reports you to Laurel.

I tried that, the story got summarily rejected.

Umm, no. The story will need to get through Laurel first. I think she'll spot the links when it gets submitted.

Are you saying that a link to your own Literotica profile within a story will get it rejected?
Don't know for sure. It may depend on the wording around it. What the site aims to avoid are teaser chapters here on Lit, with authors encouraging readers to go off to other sites to either pay to read the whole thing, or to sites which contravene Lit's content policies, especially its no sex under eighteen rule.

This.

"Check out my profile for more info about where to find the rest of these stories" isn't going to fly.

If your goal is to pull readers off Lit, the odds are that the wording is going to reflect that, and it's going to get bounced back to you.

I had one rejected because I absently mentioned that it was originally an exclusive to my website that I decided to publish here. No links. No actual website name. Just the words "my website" was a bouncer.

In all honesty, anyone who's interested enough to bother going to another place to read more stories is going to look at your profile and discover the info anyway if it's there.

No

I tried to put something like "twitter & instagram: @heyallstories" at the end of my story, but that line was removed, even as the story was approved.

But i think you can put something like @heyallstories as long as you don't mention which social media page you're linking to. I do that for my illustrated stories sometimes, to promote the other person, but you can't outright promote another side on the story.

Get out of my thread because you ain't got shit to add. I'm gonna do what I want and if that means leading people off the site so the fuck what.

Not the site's fault that you like to write stories the site doesn't approve of. If the site lets up the rules, lots of people might walk out on it, because they don't want that kind of trash (yeah, yeah, I know. There's enough trash available, but not Your trash). Or, even more important, Laurel and Manu might lose their satisfaction in running this site.

The site has limits, you cross them, so the site and you don't match. Do you really expect the site to advertise stories it doesn't want to publish itself? Why; because you're the great new star on the horizon and you don't want the site to miss out on you?

Grow up, go somewhere else, or keep whining, but don't expect much sympathy.
You're another one who ain't got shit to add to the thread either. Get out my thread because apparently you can't read on account you're telling me to go some where else. No shit, what the fuck you think I'm doing by writing this post? I'm going somewhere else and I want others to be able to follow me in to those areas if they desire to read the comics, watch the animations, and play the games.

Upon reading the applies, I can't really say anything in the stories. However, I wonder if I can put the website in the comic images I upload. The images will have the copyright logo as well as the name of the website in which they can track me. That seems to work in the image second of the site. And what about the audio? If we verbally say it will it also get removed?

Those are both technical dodges to get around a site policy, which is not to use Literotica to promote or cross-link to other sites. It appears you don't want to acknowledge or adhere to these policies, so maybe it's not the best platform for you.

You can't use Lit to promote elsewhere, other than links in your profile, or in the thread at the top of the AH front page (but only if you have content on Lit).

That wasn't what you said, though. You said
True. I also hinted that you would get reported for doing so.

However, you can place off-site links in your profile. If you encourage people to simply view your profile, they would see the links. Several authors post links to their personal blogs, etc., but I haven't noticed anyone abusing it to route readers to a pay site. It could happen, but I haven't witnessed it.

You're a thief trying to destroy the site we are enjoying! This is NOT your thread, it's Literotica's thread! So, get a clue and crawl back under your rock!

The original title of my Valentine submission was "FamilyFornication(dot)com", implying that the website was a key part of the story. Even though the words simply implied a website and weren't an actual URL, it was rejected. Those are the rules, and we either comply or cry.

That is true; I am trying to find ways I can dodge it. And yes, I already know the website isn't the best for me; hence, the reasons for this thread being made. However, I do know there are those interested in my content so I just want to make sure they know where the content will be as I mosey on. We'll see what happens once I cross that road.
