Are these spider bites on my bottom? Confused (I'm a male)

I recently found these on my left cheek and think they might have been spider bites. Anyone have any ideas? Appreciate the help.

I have had spider bites, tick bites, leeches, etc. Looks like tick bites more than spider, but ticks hang on till they are full of blood, so I am not sure.
