My wife and I have certain contractual arrangements. One enables me to order her to masturbate. I started a weekly session during which she uses a toy of my choosing, whilst reading a story I wrote, whilst I am out at work. The objective is for her to get as far through the story as she can before orgasm. She had succeeded in getting 2/3 of the way through it last week (having initially managed less than 10%). This week she managed less than half way.

The first question is whether a reduction in success of this type is behavior that you want to discourage or punish.

That depends on why you are ordering her to masturbate, and what you want the outcome to be.

It also depends on course on whether your question should be taken at face value - ie this is behavior that I consider "bad" and that I want to punish - or whether this is behavior that gives me an excuse to "punish" (funish) my wife (if that makes sense).

I think that I would take some care if I was you in the former case - trying to get her to not cum when unsupervised strikes me as encouraging things that I would not want to encourage (using the toy less aggressively, distracting herself, pausing while reading your story, etc.). I want my submissives to cum quickly and often - unless of course I intend to force them to cum again after the first time in which case they are best off delaying (but I am holding the toy and controlling their mindset in that situation).

She enjoys punishment and often does things to breach the contract. We don't do full on corrective punishment as neither of us are interested in that. To be honest, she'd probably ensure she orgasms quicker if she knows there's something in store
