This could have been catestrophic had the patient been undergoing general anesthesia, but evidently a spinal block was used (similar to Derpy's back surgeries), but the chances of infection went through the roof as there was an open surgical wound site.

I've said and will say it again. The Constitution is out of date and absolutely needs an update. I've been on record stating that for at this point DECADES. I'm not some noob here. I'm not some flip flopper. I don't just go with the flow and there are even cases of me and Rob disagreeing on topics. Honestly given how red the states are they would have to be virtually ALL in CA for that to work out. Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada combined have that few? I don't find that realistic. Republicans don't really want federal laws they just want to run on them. We both know if instead of bringing however many vehicles it takes bring out illegals from work places they brought out the managers and owners, made their names public and put them in jail and fined the fuck out of their companies this problem would largely solve itself. That's assuming its a real problem which it clearly isn't. There are no major crime waves. Nothing that likely wouldn't be happening already.
