Apartment Manager

Scenario:

A young man befriends his apartment's new manager, only a few years older than him, who's using the job to pay the bills until she finds a better job for her degree. She works 8 to 5 six days a week just to support herself, and doesn't have much time for socialization. The young man gives her the company she needs, stopping by her office whenever he can.

Unlike the old manager, she is bright, kind, younger, wears tank tops and tight jeans, blonde, and retains a little swagger from her home state, Texas.

Of course, having the young man's company is nice, but she has other needs too. And hey, since he's the only guy remotely near her age she sees much of the time, the day soon comes when she sees he may fulfill a long unmet need as well.

The main vision presents as thus: end of the day, office is closing. She locks the door and closes the shutters. Room, unlike previous stories, is soundproof. She has quite the large desk....perfect for a person to be laid out on or bent over.

The dynamic in this one plays more on that one "slightly older, but innately more experienced girl" that every guy will come across in his lifetime. She's only slightly ahead of him in life's many stages, but just enough that the edge in experience is still very much hot.

I love the apartment manager idea! Do you envision the guy being a virgin, or just very inexperienced? Love the idea of her closing the blinds and locking the door and seducing him right there in her office. Or maybe taking him to a vacant apartment unit where they have all the space they need...

I love the idea of the empty unit... Perhaps the first time is "unplanned" but she later surprises him with the unit?

Right! A spur of the moment thing on the desk in her office. And then a more drawn out time in the spare unit, where she shows him positions and actions he had only dreamed of before...

Hmm, seems like mild conflict. She sees him all the time and if shes seducing him, theres nothing for him to lose other than his time if shes not interested in more than pals.

Add in some conflict. And I wouldnt go naturally to the "losing her job" as the only real way that happens is if she leaves her post during office hours (which you said this isnt)

\Do use the empty unit idea though. That has merit.

Maybe throw in some internal conflict for him? He could have just gotten out of a bad relationship and be slow to enter into a new relationship... As soon as he does start to accept the new relationship and they grow close his ex enters the scene again?

I've always wanted to write my version of the time honored apartment manager theme. The manager would be an aging, still horny pervert, and he'd have a struggling single mother in every unit.

I was thinking less a seduction and more like taking two lonely people spending much time together to a logical conclusion. I could see the apartment manager entertaining the thought, especially in light of her limited social circle, but being held back slightly by the slight age difference. For the guy's part, I think perhaps getting out a bad relationship would be a good catalyst on his side on what transpires.

Maybe one source of conflict is that after the office fling, the guy wants to start a relationship, while the apartment manager wants to be just friends with benefits (and with a wicked grin, adds teaching him the better ways of being with a woman). And the guy accepts, because he wants to stay close to her in any way (and because, well, she's veryy attractive and good in bed). I could see the conflict of the story then being the guy getting the apartment manager to take a risk and be with him in an actual relationship.

Why would she not want one? I can think of several reasons. Worry about what a manager dating one of the tenants would look like. Perhaps before she moved, she had her heart broken. The slight age difference. It could go any direction.
