I've been kicking around this idea for a bit now. A teenage girl and her bitchy step mother are finding it hard to come across the rent after the husband ran off with another woman. The step mother visits the landlord of the apartment complex to work out a deal. The landlord is an older former cop who's known as a hard ass around the neighborhood. The step mother proposes that for rent he owns her step daughter sexually. The landlord agrees, so the step mother goes to the apartment to tell the step daughter of the new deal. What do you think? I don't think I can write this one on my own.

Why step-daughter and not just daughter?

Anyways, it does sound like it has potential. Perhaps this landlord, while helping them out with rent, is also a real asshole. Perhaps he has a thing for mother/daughter and insists that the mom watch the daughter perform sex acts on him. Perhaps he offers them half off on rent if they service him together. Perhaps he offers free rent if he gets to watch the mother & daughter do stuff with each other...

While perhaps an overdone storyline, there are always possibilities as obviously the idea of a mother/daughter in need being taken advantage of gets the juicies flowing for many...

Other possibilities:
- the landlord starts to use the teen daughter as a means of getting other women. he brings her along when there when he has repairs to do in the apartment of the hot nurse. With her there the nurse's guard is down, always finding the landlord a lech. The girl, under instructions from the landlord, keeps exposing herself to the nurse, eventually enticing her into sex while the landlord watches
- the wayward father returns finding his daughter riding the cock of the landlord while his wife is sucking on her tits.
- landlord starts pimping out the women, turning them into cheap whores.
- she is forced to include her friends; other family members...

I know it's been semi done before, but can't you say that about most stories? The challenge is to add a new wrinkle or two and really build upon what was already there. I'm sure you'll find similar stories, but none exactly like this

LOL, I think you know where I'm going with this Rosco. It should be that way, and with plenty of girl on girl action as the step daughter plays with the landlords girlfriend and her good friend

perhaps, despite being so repulsive, the landlord has quite the harem of women willing to pay their rent by spreading their legs. Some are into it, others are repulsed by it but trapped by circumstance.

The daughter in question realizes that if the landlord is willing to essentially pay for sex, she is sure there are other men too and starts to branch out, talking one of the other women fucking the landlord into it as well. When she responds to an add for a bachelor party and drags her friend along, she discovers she perhaps bit off more than she could chew (or swallow as the case may be!). Only, it was the landlord who held the fake bachelor party to teach the wayward slut a lesson...

Meh. I'm only into it if the women are trapped into servicing the gnarly old landlord via sheer desperation. Once they start hot girl on girl action, having multiple Os, and generally turning into a porno, I lose interest. Sure you'll find plenty of people into that stuff though.

Just because it's been done before doesn't mean it can't be done again really well. It sounds like an excellent story to me, plenty of possiblity in there.

It can be done many ways, but the scenario is strong. Instead of a stepmom, it could be an older friend

I like the idea of a setting like Melrose place, a court yard style place with multi condo units and a pool in the middle, and a hot tub tucked away.

I have two stories that I need to finish first but I'm taking notes on this. What should the characters look like, do for a living?

I'm thinking that the characters need to have a variety of jobs. Perhaps one works nights at a bar in the rough part of town. She's known for her filthy mouth and take no prisoners attitude, which she needs in the environment she works in. Maybe another is an accountant who's shy around the complex due to her being new to the area. I'm also seeing a graphic artist in this, but she sees herself as a painter and stays up long hours developing her paintings. This would be in addition to the other characters.

Well, that's fundamentally up to you, but if I were to start writing this as my first story, I'd make one wife undersexed and the wife a closet lesbian. Maybe hubby one is a serious workaholic whose libido is almost non-existent and hubby number two is a religious nut and prude who is active in his church.

Just the way I'd do it, but I'm not the experienced writer that you are. I don't have any submissions up yet. Just have brainstorms so far.

Maybe they are normally faithful women, but they're drunk and they can't help themselves. The lure of the same-sex encounter draws them in. Or they're such good friends that emotional intimacy and booze lead to physical intimacy as well on a whim. Then they have to deal with their guilt and decide whether or not to confess their affairs. Or to continue them or not.

So many angles.

Now, if you wanted this to be more like Melrose Place, with no real choirboys or angels, then the husbands are too busy with their own trysts to worry about the wives are getting up to in the meantime.

Thanks. Maybe there is a ringleader of a club of young professional women who live there and she seduces each of them in turn into a kind of Sapphic swingers group. Yeah, my mind is very dirty. Maybe the ringleader is a tenant and she dominates the landlady, too.
