I have noticed a problem sending email to people whose internet provider is AOL. I get feedback from them and, when I want to respond, I sometimes get a non-delivery message, which says that thre is no such address. This happens even when I copy and paste it from their emails.

Has anybody else had this problem? Usually, there is no problem, but sometimes there is. I have never had this problem sending emails to any other ISP.:(

This happens to me occasionally. Haven't noticed it happening with AOL addresses specifically, but will be more of aware of looking for that in the future.

AOL for the most part means, Almost On Line

I too have had this problem in the past.

If the feedback is from the feedback form, don't forget that the person has to type their email address. If they type it wrong...

I have always considered AOHELL sofware to be viral anyway.
The first definition of a virus I ever saw was "something that makes Windows perform in an unpredictable manor". That described most early versions of AOhell perfectly.

It does tend to infest your system in ways it's not supposed to. The newest version of AOHell for my computer screwed with my system so badly that my computer stopped recognizing the sound card altogether, and I had serious problems with the video card. As soon as I got rid of it those problems stopped.

Viral, but not viral (as in once you do a complete uninstall of AOHell's software your system should be fine, as opposed to a true virus where you'll probably need to reformat). I've never understood why it behaves that way though.

Thus is why I have never allowed an ISP to install software on my computer. If I can't do it with the tools at my disposal then I probably don't what to do whatever it is the ISP's software can do.

Though I have learned from experience...Comcast installed their shit software on my first computer. It took me six months to finally get rid of the crap. Since then I make the tech register my modem the hard way, without their crappy software.
