Okay, I never watch her, but it's on, and I'm so confused. Anyone know what it is they're doing? Is it as stupid as it looks? Is it worth finding the remote to switch it?

I was told someone I know was going to be on Monday's broadcast, but they never were. It was the only episode I'd ever watched, and I fast-forwarded through most of it.

You know I don't often watch her but I got two of the best pieces of advice that have stuck with me from her show.

One is, deal with a piece of paper ONCE. If it's a bill to paid or something else that needs action, DO IT. If it needs to be filed for future reference, FILE IT away properly. And if it's garbage, THROW IT AWAY. Done. Don't make little piles of paper to deal with later, deal with it now and be done with it. Apply this advice both to your work and your home life. (I don't always follow through scrupulously, but I tell you I am a heck of a lot more efficient with my paper crap now than I used to be.)

The other thing is, you only get one body. It might not be the one you would have chosen, but it's the one you got, so you might as well make peace with it, because being at war with it ain't no way to live.
