plan a wedding in Vegas when I live in Iowa? We've got about 13 months, and we are planning on staying at the Luxor, but they don't have a wedding chappel there. Has anyone gotten married in Vegas, that didn't live there?

We looked, but there are so many to choose from, it was very confusing. We plan on a small wedding (us, and 3-4 friends), but we don't want too cheap or cheesy. We have about $4,000 to spend on it, including airfare for us and one other person.
