Hello,
I have researched a book idea for about ten years now, Only recently has the outline started to become more then random scribbles in countless notebooks.
A bit of background on the story its self:
The story is placed mainly in modern-day India some of the words used are from languages from this region. However a strong grasp of the language is not needed as any of these words do have a full English translation included in the body of the work.
Basically, there is a group of people in a village in India, that God has entrusted his power to, all of it. Broken up and spread out over a series of "lines" each line holding a set of powers or capabilities. There are others in the world who also have these abilities with little or no knowledge of the reasons or usages of them. As well as the proverbial bad guys wishing to obtain these powers for nefarious purposes. The end result is that love is the ultimate power, and God is with us regardless of the name we call him.
Battles, love stories, and mythology from around the world are woven through out this work, which once finished will be of considerable length.
Most of the material is not Erotic, in fact I was directed here by a friend because the site I normally use will not allow descriptions of sexual acts of any sort. Nor would I be comfortable diverging from the less erotic tone, there are a few areas where sex does come into play and I am a NOVICE in this area. Interracial couples, Immortal beings, magic, and rape (I do wish the last bit to be presented tastefully, as the character is a minor at the time of this event. Yes I know I can‘t post that part here.) etc are all represented as well.
Spelling, and the like are NOT my thing. I can tell a good story orally, but placing it out in print is a struggle for me. I have improved but for some people reading the raw material is painful.
A disability also adds to my inability to produce well written works. (dyslexic) sometimes I simply do not see the mistakes, regardless of how many times I read it.
I do have an outside source whom is assisting with these edits so that a VE would not be bogged down with so many of my glaring errors. Any submission to a VE would have been run over by this outside source first.
I would appreciate someone who could look over the story as it develops, suggest improvements, correct any of the mistakes in spelling etc that the first editor and myself have missed, as well as help with the flow and continuity between one chapter to the next.
Tell me where It sucks eggs, where its gone off track, or gotten boring to the point where I would lose ones interest. Gently I do have feelings
Similarly let me know how I might go about joining chapters as that is been a sticking point for me for some time now. Or what I have done well.
I hope that someday it will be finished, and perhaps, after a lengthy peer review, seek publication.
Please contact if interested basic understanding of major religions around the world would be helpful as the story has settings in China, Pakistan, India, as well as the US of A. Buddhism, Islam, Wicca, Hinduism, Christianity, and atheism are the major religious components.
Thank you for you time.
