Anyone Here Good At Photo Manipulation?

I'm horrible. I have never figured out how to do it. Possibly because I have the patience of a caffeinated pit bull.

Like Imp said, the spot's easy, the beard, no. Sorry.

The problen is you basically have to create the chin from scrach and it's hard to get the coloring/shadowing right. At least for me.

Took about 20 minutes, I mostly used the smudge and stamp tool on photoshop. I have a dev-art account so I'm kinda familiar, but it could have been better.
