Anyone having trouble publishing?

hello!
I have 3 stories pending since almost two weeks now (I published them 3 on 11/24) and I'm wondering if anyone is having the same trouble. The 3 of them are illustrated stories. They are all "pending".
Although, one of them I had published under normal story and sent for review, and it stayed pending for at least 3 weeks before I edit it to Illustrated and it is now pending with the others, (re)published on the same date.

I don't really feel comfortable with posting about this, but it seems like something is a bit wrong, compared to the usual time it takes (seen in the guidelines and on different threads and from my earlier stories published).

I've already sent a message to the admins, but it has been a few days already and no answer yet.

Ok then, what you're telling me about illustrated works is important knowledge..! I didn't think it would be that long.

I'm guessing that the non illustrated work is behind the illustrated ones in the queue and these things get looked at in order. Annoying, but I suspect it will go through once the other ones have.

Try submitting a poem or two.

You might be waiting more than two months.

This is a lesson I am having to learn. I also found that if any of your stories are rejected - for whatever reason, further stories take longer to post. I tried screaming shouting and spitting out my dummy and finally, after some counselling from more experieced members figured it out. Theres nothing to be done but wait.

I’ve had no abnormal delays, once they got over the Christmas rush. Then I don’t do illustrated stories. With image copyright issues to be considered, they take a lot longer to be reviewed as I understand it.
