anyone have a Patek Philippe tourbillon watch?

it's verwy verwy exciting! one has been donated, loose, in amongst other used and pretty old stuff. not boxed, but heavy, with a supple, well-used leather strap. doesn't look fancy, but we think it's white gold - unless the old guy who once owned it bought a knock-off years ago.

the prices online for tourbillon watches is phenomenal!
