Anyone going up north to watch the trees changing colors?

A little longer yet...just a week or two and the colors will be swirling around us again.... I may go up north to peep a few or just down the street...to this road that looks like a Kalidescope in fall...

?

It's a little bit too soon. Patience. Patience.

Will the weather this year be condusive to a great natural show?

I wish. I'd do anything to get outta Texas for a few days at this point.

Go north Nora. And west a little.

Colorado has been in a drought for some time. Seems this speeds up the leaf dying process.

We also had alot of forest fires this year. Burned down trees look like burned down trees during the fall.

Sorry Siren. I did not intend on raining on your thread. It has been a rough year for the nature people here.

Now go on. Have some cider and bob for a few apples. Rake the crunchy leaves just to frolic in them. Then rake those crunchy dudes up all over again.

It's Autumn at my house..

spent the day today putting away the deck chairs.. and "winterizing" the yard.. not all of it.. but most of it.

The leaves are changing.. or falling.

The air is crisp and clean.

And the apples are in abundance.

and I dug out my Halloween decorations.. :D
