Sounds very similar to here. First day back after a holiday. Of course the great British weather can be trusted to be very, very depressing.

It hasn't been bad here too really. Very dry most of the summer (not exactly hot), but coming back from two weeks of 30c or more to this is especially bad.

It's been hot here at night all summer. Sleeping naked on top of my sheets.

Yeah, I've found that helped too.

Aircon was a blessing on holiday. But no such luxury at home.
