Very slow. Most of the crowds were young families out for ice cream and to look at the boats. But sold a few. Often online sales creep up following an event. Any I always like the opportunity to talk about … me

Woken up with breakfast at 6.30, suppositories at 7.45, transfered to commode at 8. Poo in toilet then shower. Back to bed to get dressed and now waiting for transfer to wheelchair for physio at 9.30.
