64 in a 50. I was going to challenge it if I had points, but happy to do the course. Although I stood a good chance of winning my appeal, I do often drift over speed limits and react slowly to speed limits. So rough justice

Both mine were just 8 miles over. 38 in a 30, thats what I got the course for, then 48 in a 40. That one i thought the speed change was after some traffic lights, but it was just before. Speed limit was 50 until the lights. They were green so dodnt slowdown until after, but I got flashed. When I checked back on dascam, I noticed the 40 limit sign just before the lights

I remember an old statistic. It’s something like: if you hit a child at 30mph they have an 80% chance of living. If you hit them at 35mph they have 80% chance of dying

It's partly why we have 20s all around lots of London now. 20 is slow enough so you have enough time to break so you may not hit them and if you do hit them its < 10mph and is near 100% survivable.

Mine was 57 in a 50. I forgot the camera was there as I was thinking about if I had enough fuel to get me the 100 miles I needed to go (I did).

Your speedo would have been showing around 69 or 70 as they have a built in margin of error
