I minimized the sugar, it was not easy from taste point of view but I wanted to live and my family history not as good from health point of view.

I went from 85 to 65kg. (I'm 5'7). No blood sugar issues sinceI minimized the sugar, it was not easy from taste point of view but I wanted to live and my family history not as good from health point of view.
My motivation is my little daughter.
FTR I'm about 70kg now, which is still not overweight.

@Quimpossibility that is really, really good, well done!
I went from around 97kg to 82kg but I took Metformin before the pandemic.
Based on my Hba1C values, I am not eligible to get it from NHS, so I need keep more strict my diet and more exercise and sleep.
I need to improve the last 2 parts because my weight just slightly increased so I can maintain it around 90kg without Metformin and gym.
I am trying other alternative supplements.

I used to work 6x13 hour days a week, or nights, in some pretty hazardous and shitty environments. Often the only woman on shift. I enjoyed it and it paid well, I could always go back if I run out out of dosh, but it’s looking good at the moment
