Been to the GP this morning, had painful weekend with my big toe on my right foot, I've got gout and it's agony at the moment

I know your pain, I've had it for about 8 years now. Diet and hydration keeps it under control a lot if the time

When I was in summer camp, we had a gallon of cider; and we purposely let it get warm to try to ferment it. Unfortunately, it did not work.
