Oh good, cos I've some Cornish clotted cream my daughter brought back from the in-laws.

Jam before cream or youre a heathen.

the jam recipe is real easy... ( like my lit brother!!)
i bag of frozen fruit ...of choice
put in pan, put on medium heat till it all goes mushy
add chia seeds till you get your desired consi .....consten.....thickness, jar it up while still hot put the lid on and as it cools it will vac seal itself. great for diabetics

It was nice to see the concern about Darty vanishing. I can relate to having to scrub accounts and delete threads in the past. Not on this site. Sometimes you have to make priorities in life. I hope he's ok?

Not that I've seen it on any supermarket shelf, with the custartd creams. I've had sad experience of that. Ohh maybe it's by the milk and cream.. never thought of that
