Ok, let's try it in a different way!
When I eat Scottish Rough Oatcakes with the Red apple, eating those together have a very similar taste for me as the pork scratchings.
I think the goose or duck ones are more tastier.

Lincolnshire sausages (the best ones) done with cheesy mash and gravy
Black pudding
The best bacon sarnie is a three layer of toast, bacon, fried bread, bacon, toast with brown sauce
