I have had a similar day, although I took an overground train to the city.

I am perpetually tired.

Sadly our doctor (and I imagine most NHS ones) isn't exactly great when it comes to treating the effects of COVID. Identifying, yes. But actual treatments that are effective against its many effects, not so much.

We drink apple wine here in Frankfurt. It is like a very dry cider and delicious.

I remember drinking Stag and Bulmers as a student.

I have Kvikk Lunsj from Norway, like kitkat, but the chocolate is nicer.
