I know what it feels like to not want to be here but I persist nonetheless as there is always some kind of joy to be found. Something that will let the sun through the clouds for a while.

That could be spending time with a favourite person. Going to a favourite place or a new place you've always wanted to see. Creating something that gives you pride.

You are more than your intrusive thoughts. Tell them to shut the fuck up and play something loud while you dance around your kitchen like an idiot. Force those happy chemicals to wake up and do their god damn jobs because the alternative will only bring pain to you and those who love you.
