I always liked the scene in Infiltration where Starscream - juiced on Ore 13 - hammers Megatron with his best shot. From the smoke, Megatron steps out and precedes to berate him for his lack of vision and constant need to try to usurp his position, despite all the failures.

Starscream - shocker by the fact Megatron is still standing - can only stand slack jawed as the fusion cannon gets rammed into his chest and fired as Megatron tells him to take his punishment like a Decepticon.

He then tells Astrotrain and Thundercracker to put him in a CR chamber; if he survives the injuries inflicted upon him, Megatron states, then he will decide how he will punish him.

Fucking perfect. Although, there’s some stuff later in the IDW run that makes Starscream look like he was seeking Megatron’s approval during this period that slightly undercuts it. He’s better when he’s scheming.
