Anyone else having probs with PM's?

I have checked and checked and made sure that there are no messages left on there...
and yet I am not getting any of them and I keep getting emails that say 'your personal message box is full.............' and I am not getting any messages...

Did you check your sent message box and message tracking lists?

Did you change the "show massages from" to "the beginning?"


What does the summary at the bottom of the main page say about total messages.

When you go to the private messaing page page, it takes you to your inbox. Right beneath the header links, there are two pull down menus: "Show messages from:" and " Jump to folder:"

First select "from beginning" to show message from, and delete any old message in your inbox.

Second, select jump to folder: "Sent messages" and make sure that also shows "from the beginning" and delete everything in that folder.

Third, jump to "message tracking" and stop tracking all of the messages "from the beginning there as well.

The main page should show 0 in other folders when you're done.

(If that doesn't clear up the problem, tell Manu because there a bug in your PM tracking, or your user record is corrupt.)
