Anyone else from Dallas?

Ok, everyone. So far I have seventeen people, including the youngins that are coming on the RSVP. The deadline is the 8th of next month, so please, hurry and RSVP ASAP. (LOL, I loved that!)
Also, it has been lingering on my mind for a while now since I am a loving swimmer. How many of you would like to have it on a lake? I was thinking this because it would give the kids something to do to cool down, and may even give the adults some fun. If anyone has a boat, we could always enjoy the boating too. (We have one, just not ski compatable)
I will be taking votes from the ones that are on the RSVP list and hopefully by the eighth will know which is going to be best.
Sexyguy, we have you on the RSVP list now.So that makes eighteen. Anyone else??
As soon as I get the RSVPs done I will be sending out directions from San Antonio and Houston. If you don't live around those places then please send me your town and I will send you directions from where you live.
This seems to be looking good and I am looking forward to it.
Special thanks goes out to Someplace for the wonderful eating utensils. I will be taking a pic of those and posting it here so everyone can enjoy it if you don't mind. I loved them!

Thought about something and need to edit. There will be Nineteen there. Forgot my best friend is coming and isn't on lit. LOL
One final note, if you have planned on sending donations and I sent you the address to send it to please pm me again. I forgot one little detail that might make it hard if you send check or money orders. LOL. Like, what my real name is. I think I gave my computer alias. LOL. Blonde moment for me!

OK, I have just realized that I had a blonde moment. Originally I had planned the lit get together for Sept 7th, 2002. Unfortunately, I can not make it the seventh. I was meaning to plan it for the eighth! Sundays are much better for me, and on Saturdays I would never be free to do it.
So, the thing is. If you have RSVPed for the seventh and all would rather have it on the seventh, then I need someone to take over the organizing. I can't organize an event I will not be able to attend.
If the eighth is ok, then I will continue to organize and we will go on with the event as scheduled, only one day later than planned. I will also be sending this information to the people that have already RSVPed and have it changed on the original invitation.
Please let me know ASAP.

You thought this get together up, you've been doing one hell of a job prepareing it all, and if you didn't show up it just wouldn't be the same without you there.

OK, the concesus is in, and so far the people that I have had write back say that the eighth is fine with them. If you can't make it on that day, please let me know and I will take you off the list.
First of all, I want to say thank you too all those that sent kind words to me. It is nice to know that people really want me there! LOL
Secondly. The lake seems to be the best place and of the votes I have received the most go for it. So, Lake Lewisville will be where it is held. I will be sending out maps from Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Waco and Dallas as soon as I get the RSVPed all done. After August 16.
There is a three dollar parking fee, and for those that can't pay it please let me know and I will arrange for you to be paid for. Least I can do. Just let me know.

Ok, everyone. Less than three weeks before the get together. Are you excited? I hope that everyone that is RSVPed can still make it. I am looking forward to meeting you all.
I will be swimming and my child won't be there, so I can have a little more fun. SO far the food list is, potato salad, deviled eggs, hot dogs, bbq beef of some sort, cake, brocolli cheese casserole or baked beans, and hashbrown casserole. We still need drinks.
