I just found the Foglio's website and downloaded a PDF of the entire Xxxenophile comix. Whaddahoot! I regretted not buying them in hard copy for years and now the price is pure 'collectible'. More and more I like this e-pub . . .

I was into Foglio's other stuff when I was growing up, but didn't really keen on his erotic comics as an adult that much. I'd always pass up the comics whenever I saw them, but now maybe I'll take a second gander. I do like his sense of humor and whimsy. What's the site addy?

If you like Foglio, you should check out Bill Willingham's Ironwood on the Eros imprint if you haven't already. Excellent blend of sword & sorcery fantasy, good sex and wicked humor. It's out of print in comic form, but the two collected volumes of the series can still be had.

It is to be admitted that the drawing of the Xxxenophile isn't up to the current standard. And it's all black and white, unfortunately. However, the PDF files are heavily marked down from the original prices so I thought it was worth it. http://www.studiofoglio.com/xeno.html

I have most, if not all, of the original individual comics as well as the later reprints and the long story with the party of adventurers. They're great.

Plus, I have the card game based on the series. (Need more, though. Would love for them to reissue that, maybe as a complete run instead of as randomized booster packs.)

I wish they'd do another comic in the series. I especially wish they'd do one in color! Most of the adult comic titles I see are violent. Tsk, tsk. What is this thing people have with sex and violence? Why not just sex and skip the violence? It's a lot more fun that way unless you're some poor psychopath.
