How up-front have you been with your wife about these desires? If she doesn't know your full intentions it is possible she is downplaying her attraction to women because she is nervous/embarrassed/ or she doesn't want you to think she is not being sexually fulfilled by you. Or maybe she is scared you will enjoy the other woman more than you enjoy her.
