Missionary is easy to adapt. Raise the girls legs at varying degrees or have her close her legs with the guy straddling them. You're still face to face, but with different penetration.

Other options include:
With you on top, you can bend farther forward or backward, or he can prop himself up more. You could also alter how you have your legs, feet planted or resting on your knees. Several people have suggested chair or weight bench, etc. I had a lady friend once who wanted me to lie with my back on the bed but my legs over the edge, feet on the floor.
