I really enjoy writing erotic scenes... well, that is, I really enjoy writing erotic scenes until they get to the actual sex part. I'm not sure why, but I just can't seem to craft sex through words in any way other than one that is bland and about as titillating as a sandpaper dildo.

Anyways, last night I had a massive stroke of inspiration, and sat down and wrote what I think made for a pretty reasonable if not excellent set up. When I got the sex, as always however, my creative reactor went on strike. I don't plan on finishing it, but since I went through all the work to write the intro, I thought I'd just throw it out there to see if anyone was interested in finishing it.

The story itself deals with a man who goes out on a yacht with four other women, and after imbibing a little, is convinced to play strip poker (Texas Hold 'Em with some twists). I'll admit it's a rather boyish, extravagant, and ridiculous situation, but hey, it got me going.

If you know how Hold 'Em is played you'd understand the story much better, obviously, but I think it's not too hard to follow along if you don't.

Agreed, I asked for her advice on a story and she gave me some very good pointers. There are so many good erotic writers on the site, and most will help if you ask nicely and actually listen to their suggestions.
