You don't neccessarily have to be in a wheelchair, I'll talk to anybody....but most of my friends are able-bodied and it would be good to make friends with other wheelies

Okay, plenty of people reading my post but no messages or emails? So, I will tell you all a bit more about me that isn't in my profile....

I, along with my motorbike, were parked on my a drunk driver when I was exactly 21½ years old....spent almost 19 months in hospital & rehabilitation....

Since then I have appreciated LIFE as one simple act or event can take it away from you...I don't live for yesterday because that is in the past and is now part of history...I don't live for tomorrow either as I can handle it when it arrives...I live for today!

I am a firm believer that there is always someone out there a lot worse off than I am...and usually they are a child...

Appreciate the life that you have and don't spend all day thinking about it...get out there and LIVE!
